Birds Monitoring in Protected Areas of Armenia will be carried out for 2024 with the financing of the Caucasus Nature Fund, with the possibility of extension thereafter if results are satisfactory. On 5 June 2024, the grant agreement was signed between CNF and the “BirdLinks” Environmental NGO.
The allocated amount is approximately 40,000 Euros /16 million 550 thousands AMD/.
It should be noted that CNF and the Ministry of Environment jointly developed the 10-year biodiversity monitoring plan of Armenia, within the framework of which a number of projects are implemented with CNF.
