Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park
The CPAF will be granting BKNP €275,000 for its pilot project over three years. The first year’s funds will go mostly to a major refurbishment of the administration and visitors’ center. The small portion of the 2010 funds not spent on the administration building renovation will be divided between a very small supplement to salaries and the provision of a cell phone service that will enable rangers to communicate in remote areas of the PA. For 2011 and 2012, funds will be divided between salaries and vehicle purchases.
